Isn't this time of the year that we start adding on those extra pounds....ok, maybe its just me, Halloween then Turkey day and then Christmas, which is just the whole month of Dec. people at work bringing in goodies....vendors, customers....HELP !!!

i've already started adding those extra pounds. yikes! for me, it started a couple weeks ago as the weather has gotten colder. i'm trying incredibly hard to stay away from all the halloween candy that we didn't manage to give away.
